It appears that the school has not submitted appropriate forms for recognition and online application on the portal 'Banglar Siksha' .

The petitioner may do so immediately upon receipt of the online application.

The D.I. and the Commissioner of School Education shall take immediate steps in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

8.

The report of the Commissioner of School Education is kept with the record.
