Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 14th January, 2026 in the fifth line of paragraph no.2 mentioning the date as '7th August, 2021' instead of '7th December, 2021'.

Let the date in fifth line of paragraph no.2 in aforesaid order be read as '7th December, 2021' in place of '7th August, 2021'.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 14th January, 2026.
