It appears from the statements made in the said affidavit of compliance that there has been delay in complying with the order passed by this Court on 17th July, 2019. However, in view of tendering unconditional apology in the said affidavit of compliance same is accepted and also in consideration of the fact that the order of this Court dated 17th July, 2019 has been complied with by issuing memo dated 18th February, 2022 the contempt proceeding is dropped.

Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor stands dispensed with.
