Petitioner and private respondents are both claiming title over the same plot of land and are at loggerheads over the issue of cultivating the said land. Petitioner has submitted a written information to the police authorities.

Be that as it may, police authorities have drawn up proceedings under section 107 Cr.P.C. and or section 126 and 135 of the BNSS.

In view of the police authorities having drawn up proceedings, I am of the opinion that the police authorities are well aware regarding the issue existing at the locality. Police authorities would

ensure that there is no violation of law and order and would take steps immediately if they are of the opinion that the dispute may result in a situation which would be blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18596 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for both the parties.
