This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the decree holder challenging the order dated June 28, 2024, passed by the learned Judge, 7th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in Commercial Execution Case No.3 of 2015.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the Presiding Officer has been transferred and the execution case is not proceeding.

It appears from the order dated June 28, 2024 that the decree holder was directed to file affidavit and was also directed to take appropriate steps upon the decree holder. In the event, the steps as directed to be taken by order dated June 28, 2024 has been taken by the petitioner, the learned Judge, 7th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta is requested to proceed in accordance with law and make an endeavour to dispose of the Commercial Execution Case No.3 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

C.O. No.2725 of 2024 stands disposed of along with the connected application.

There shall be no order as to costs.
