Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the private respondent.

Petitioner and the private respondent nos. 7 and 8 claim title over the same plot of land, while the petitioner claims that there has been aggression at the behest of the private respondents. On the other hand, private respondents claim that it is the petitioner who has been disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of the property.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 7 and 8 additionally submits that the private respondents have raised construction and are enjoying the property.

On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner rebuts such contention

of the private respondents and submits that private respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from his property.

Be that as it may, so far as the right, title and interest is concerned, it is for the appropriate forum to decide the same.

Police authorities have submitted a report which reflects that so far as the conflict or dispute is concerned, police authorities have recorded GD Entry being Nalhati PS GDE No. 1247 dated 19.08.2025.

In view of the police authorities being aware regarding the situation existing at the locality, in case they find that there is violation of law and order, they would take steps so that the same is not blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 18598 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
