Petitioner renews the prayer for bail. He submits that there is delay in progress of the trial of the case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits delay is attributable to co-accused persons. We have considered the materials on record. There are prima facie materials connecting the petitioner with the alleged crime. Her bail prayer was rejected in August, 2021. In view of application made by a co-accused praying for transfer of proceeding, the trial is stalled. Hence, such delay cannot be a ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 8160 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
