Ms. Urmila Chakraborty Mr. Amit Meharia Ms. Paramita Banerjee Ms. Subika Paul ..for the petitioner Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Ms. Shraddha Satpati ..for the respondent Haldia Municipality When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Ms. Urmila Chakraborty, learned Advocate representing the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., being the writ petitioner has submitted that the dispute which has been persisting in between the parties to the writ petition has already been settled by and between the parties amicably and in support of the same, Ms. Chakraborty has handed over the resolution of Haldia Municipality as contained in Memo No. 1378/H.M/2021 dated 13th April, 2021 and another letter dated 2nd September, 2021 issued on behalf of the writ petitioner Corporation, addressed to the Chairman, Haldia Municipality.

From the letter dated 2nd September, 2021 of the Indian Oil Corporation, it appears that the amount which was settled by and between the parties in order to resolve the disputes between them, has already been paid by RTGS and the reference relating to the said RTGS has been referred to in the letter dated 2nd September, 2021. Haldia Municipality is represented by Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay, learned Advocate.

During course of hearing, the copies of the resolution as contained in memo dated 13th April, 2021 and letter dated 2nd September, 2021 have been handed over to Mr. Chattopadhyay. He has gone through the same.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties to this writ petition to the extent full and final settlement of the issue, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition and the same stands disposed of. Copies of the memo dated 13th April, 2021 and the letter dated 2nd September, 2021 are taken on record. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
