Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. Let the report, as filed on behalf of the State, be kept on record.

It appears that the petitioner has complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 17th November, 2019. The trial has commenced and the complainant has already been examined. In view thereof, the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 17th November, 2019 passed in CRM No.8138 of 2019 to the effect that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of Bhangar Police Station and shall report to the Officer-in-charge, Bhangar Police Station once in a week until further orders, are waived. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN No.1 of 2021 is disposed of.
