1. The petitioner sought transfer. Her appointment stood nullified in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 3rd April, 2025, in Civil Appeal No. 4800/2024 (State of West Bengal -vs.- Baishakhi Bhattacharya (Chatterjee) & Ors.).

2. The cause of action for filing the writ petition does not survive at present. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'infructuous'.
