Petitioner renews the prayer for bail. He submits that there is no progress in the trial of the case. We have considered the materials on record. There are sufficient materials to implicate the petitioner in the alleged crime. Trial has also substantially progressed. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Trial Court is directed to conduct the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same at an early date preferably within one year from the next date of recording evidence without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 8157 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
