Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a firearm was recovered from the bush near the Highway and that forensic report disclosed that firearm was in unworkable condition.

Learned advocate for the State submits that offending motor cycle was seized from the house belonging to the petitioner. He submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected six times earlier and that trial is under progress.

Considering the gravity of offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM 8156 of 2021 is rejected.
