Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him.

Condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Narkeldanga P.S and to report to the Officer in Charge of the police station concerned within whose jurisdiction he shall presently reside once in a week i.e. Dasnagar P.S are waived. However, petitioner shall meet the Officer in Charge, Eco Park P.S once in a month until further orders. Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
