The writ petitioner complains that Sabang Police Station has not taken steps pursuant to the complaint dated 27.01.2022. The writ petitioner claims that he has been dispossessed by the private respondents. Counsel for the private respondents submits that his clients are in possession of the property-in-question. The State has filed a report and the same is taken on record. The Police have not found the allegations of the petitioner substantiated.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the Sabang Police Station. Any other rights in respect of the property may be agitated before an appropriate civil forum.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
