Upon hearing the learned advocates and upon considering the materials on record the condition to furnish a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be a local is modified to the effect that each of the petitioner shall be released on bail furnishing two registered sureties of Rs.10,000/-. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
