The present revision of the years 2019 has been preferred praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 22nd July, 2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate of Raghunathpur thereby rejecting an application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure being Complaint Case No. 26 of 2019 seeking a direction to Officer-in-Charge of Kashipur Police Station, Purila.

Learned Counsel for the State is present.

As none appears for the petitioner on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
