Mr. Haradhan Mondal ...for the petitioners Petitioners approach this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against an order dated June 22, 2023 passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

The order dated June 22, 2023 was passed in O.A. No.1332 of 2023.

Petitioners seek direction upon the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Tribunal.

The Original Application was filed in 2023.

Directions for filing of pleadings were given by the impugned order. The matter was fixed by the Tribunal on February 20, 2024.

An year is yet to elapse from the date of filing of the Original Application. No case of urgency is made out. We do not find any ground to issue direction upon the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere with the impugned order.

W.P.L.R.T. 95 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
