The present revision of the years 2019 has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding being Special Case No. 24 of 2015 arising out of Reference S.I.S SL No. 69/2014 dated 09.03.2015 pending before the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Special Court, Malda for the offence punishable under Section 18(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985 for violating of Section 8(c) of the said Act and an order dated 06.01.2016 and all subsequent order or orders passed by the said learned Judge. As none appears for the petitioners on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
