The present revisional application has been preferred praying for setting aside of the orders dated 4th July, 2019 and 30th January, 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 2nd Court, Chandannagoare, Hooghly, in CR Case No. 59 of 2011 under Sections 447/427/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 39 of the Control of the National Highway (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002.

As none appears for the petitioner on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
