The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for setting aside of the order dated 13.08.2019 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Howrah(Sadar) in Belur P.S Case No.102/2018 dated 18.07.2018, G.R No.3861 of 2018(State vs. Shyambali Yadav).

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
