The matter was mentioned for correction of the order dated March 6, 2024.

In paragraphs 5,7,9,11 and 12 of the said order necessary correction is required by including the first appellate court at every place in each of these paragraphs after the expression 'Trial Judge', meaning thereby both the learned Trial Judge and the first appellate court should be approached by the petitioner for correction of the judgment and decree and both the courts shall be bound by the order dated March 6, 2024.

This was a mistake with regard to omission of the first appellate court in the order and thus, it is corrected upon notice to the opposite parties although the opposite parties do not appear.

It is also recorded that the opposite party no. 1 has been paid the cost as directed by the court. The documents are kept with the file.

Let this order be treated as a part of the original order dated March 6, 2024. The other part of the order shall remain unaltered.

The department is directed to take steps accordingly. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
