The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition challenging the demolition order dated 30.05.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since his client was not provided with the impugned order of demolition, the present writ petition has been filed without the said order. 4.

Be that as it may, this Court is not getting into the issue whether the petitioner was handed over the impugned demolition order or not.

Today, Mr. Sandipan Banerjee, learned counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has handed over a copy of the impugned order of demolition to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition. He seeks liberty to file afresh with better particulars and documents in accordance with law. Liberty is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
