Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victims who suffered grievous injuries including fracture wounds and as one of them was hospitalized for a considerable period of time, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to them. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
