1. Referring to the affidavit of compliance filed in Court, learned Advocate for the respondents/alleged contemnors says that the order in question has been complied with. Let the affidavit be kept with the records.

2. It does appear that the order, violation of which is alleged in this contempt petition, has been complied with although belatedly.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioners says that the approval of appointment of the petitioners should have been given from a date much prior to the date as has in fact been done.

4. This is disputed by learned Advocate for the respondents/alleged contemnors.

5. Since I find substantial compliance with the order in question, I see no reason to keep this contempt petition pending.

6. Accordingly, WPCRC/158/2025 stands disposed of. Rule stands discharged.

7. This order will not prevent the petitioners from taking appropriate steps in accordance with law before the appropriate forum for redressal of any further grievance that they may have including implementation of the parent order in question, if the same has not been fully implemented till date.
