The petitioner applied for online General Transfer 2021.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission that her name has been enlisted in the provisional list in serial no. 53 and as and when the process of counselling will start, the petitioner will get a chance to participate in the counselling process. In view of the submission made on behalf of the Commission that the name of the petitioner is already appearing in the provisional list of candidates to be called for counselling accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

The Commission shall take steps strictly in accordance with law to permit the petitioner to

participate in the counselling process as and when her turn comes.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
