It has further been pointed out that some of the accused persons have been enlarged on bail, who according to the petitioner, happen to be similarly situated as the petitioner.

Learned advocate for State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are incriminating materials appearing against the present petitioner which distinguishes him from the other.

Additionally, it has been submitted by the State that date has been fixed for consideration of charges on 18th November, 2025.

Having regard to the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 1352 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
