The writ application has been preferred praying for cancellation of the licence of Fair Price shop dealer vide Licence No. WB0334423249 of the private respondent No.6, Nivedita Bhattacharjee as the private respondent No.6 was given full marks of land, godown and ration shop, even when the land was not transferred by the father of the private respondent no.6 in her own name and direct the Sub-Divisional Controller (Food & Supplies), Bolpur, District - Birbhum to issue the licence of Fair Price Shop dealer in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his representation dated 18.06.2025 is pending before the respondent no. 2 for consideration and it is prayed that the said representation be considered in accordance with law.

On hearing the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the State, the Writ application

stands disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025, within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, on hearing the parties, by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.

The Writ application stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
