By an order dated 2nd December, 2025 this Court has released the writ petitioner along with CAN application but inadvertently in the order dated 2nd December, 2025 it is recorded that CAN 1 of 2025 is released from the list of this Court with liberty to the petitioner to mention the matter before the Court having determination.

2. In view of the above, the order dated 2nd December, 2025 is modified by releasing WPA 18729 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2025 from the list of this Court with liberty to the petitioner to mention the matter before the Court having determination.
