Petitioner seeks bail.

It appears from the record that the evidence of the prosecution was closed. The next date was for the purpose of examination under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In such circumstances, since the trial is at the fag end, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner at this crucial stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 8169 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
