And In Re : Raktim Hossain .... petitioner Mr. Partha Chakraborty Ms. Disha Shukla Muhammad Obaid ....for the petitioner Mr. Neguive Ahmed, learned APP Ms. Trina Mitra ...... for the State Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody since 5th July, 2023. It is also submitted he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits investigation is in progress. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was seen going to a roof with a bag along with co-accused. Thereafter, bombs were hurled from the roof causing death. Investigation is complete. In view of gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
