1. The petitioners are the parents of the victim.

2. Considering the statement of an eye-witness recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C directly implicating the petitioners and other co-accused persons, who have been named by eye-witness, whose prayer for anticipatory bail was denied by a coordinate bench, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
