In 2nd line of 6th paragraph of the judgment dated 4th August, 2025 it was erroneously recorded as 'is to disburse the sum of Rs. 8,13,473/' instead of 'is to disburse an interest @ 6% per annum on the sum of Rs. 8,13,473/-'.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 4th August, 2025.
