The representation filed on behalf of the petitioner before the Kolkata Municipal Corporation seeking mutation of the premises in question in her name along with the names of the private respondents, is pending consideration at the end of the Corporation. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents does not have any objection if order is passed for consideration of the said representation upon affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties. As it appears that the representation seeking mutation is pending consideration at the end of the Corporation, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Assessor Collector (North),

Kolkata Municipal Corporation being the respondent No. 5 to take steps for consideration of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties immediately thereafter.

The aforesaid exercise shall be completed at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 3rd August, 2020 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

As the writ petition is being disposed of without calling for any affidavits, the allegations made therein are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
