As a matter of public policy I direct that the police authorities would respect and honour the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd Court, Howrah. However the same is not any indication for deciding the right, title and interest regarding the property and it would be the exclusive

domain of the Civil Court to decide that police authorities are further directed to ensure that no breach of peace should take place in respect of the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19285 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are disposed of.
