In paragraph no. 2 of the said order, it was inadvertently recorded that "It appears from the record that the petitioners are interested to proceed with this matter" instead of "It appears from the record that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with this matter".

Let the aforesaid error be rectified.

Let this order form part of the order dated August 23, 2024.
