Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged conspiracy to defraud the de-facto complainant of a substantial sum of money, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner for collection of evidence and recovery of stolen money is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
