In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the State respondents to extend the time period of letter of intent issued in his favour by the authority.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition, such extension has been granted by the authority vide letter dated 4th March, 2022. A copy of the said letter submitted by the petitioner, is taken on record.

In view of the same, nothing further remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. As such this writ petition being WPA 19661 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
