Photostat copy of the order-sheet and memo of evidence so filed by Mr. Bapuli, learned advocate appearing for the State in connection with Asansol Cyber Crime Police Station Case No.27 of 2022 dated 10.05.2022 reflects that on 05.09.2023 the investigating agency in connection with the instant case submitted their final report which was accepted by the learned CJM, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman on the said date. Presently, there is no case pending as the final report has been accepted by the learned Magistrate. The petitioner approached this Court as it had objection to return of the amount which has been made in connection with this case to the de facto complainant, namely, Debabrata Das. In case the petitioner is aggrieved as by the outcome that he has been victimized in this case by the investigating agency, he would be at liberty to prefer an application for further investigation under the relevant provisions of law before the learned CJM, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman. Learned Magistrate will consider and dispose of the

same in accordance with law after issuing notice to the respective parties within a period of 90 days from the date of filing of the said application.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2885 of 2023 is disposed of.

Photostat copy of the order-sheet and memo of evidence filed by the State be kept with the record.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
