The exercise book has been kept out of the purview which is reflected in the order dated 18th August, 2023. The learned trial court would grant an opportunity to the petitioner to inspect the exercise book prior to cross-examination, if so required.

The purpose for which the present revisional application has been preferred is consequentially served. Accordingly, CRR 3070 of 2022 is disposed of.
