The petitioner complains that notwithstanding the order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haldia in T. S. No. 64 of 2015, the private respondents are continuing to disturb possession. The suit is in the nature of partition and administration.

On the petitioner's complaint, Bhabanipur Police Station, Purba Medinipur has registered FIR and has filed charge sheet being no. 345 of 2015 dated 31.12.2015.

In that view of the matter, the O. C., Bhabanipur Police Station shall ensure that the order of the civil court dated 15.03.2022, extended from time to time, is strictly complied with by the private respondents. The police shall comply with any further orders that may be passed by the Civil Court on them. A detailed report may be submitted by the O.C., Bhabanipur Police Station to the concerned court at Haldia.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
