CAN 2 of 2021 has been filed seeking certain documents from a nursing school which the petitioner went to obtain but could not collect.

The petitioner shall visit the nursing school on 22nd February 2022 at 1 pm when the following documents being the Registration Certificate for the 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year, admit cards for the same period, marksheet for 3rd year and final release order, if any, may be issued from the nursing school and furnished to the writ petitioner. Upon receipt of the said documents, the writ petitioner may await for final result, which may be published by the concerned university. After publication of the result, the writ petitioner may also collect the final marksheet from the said nursing school.

Since the writ petitioner's grievance has already been addressed as the writ petitioner has completed the

nursing course nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the main writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, CAN 2 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

In view of the above, WPA 17473 of 2019 along with CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No: CAN 11482 of 2019) shall also stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
