Pal ......For the Petitioner Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Mr. Biswarup Biswas .......For the State Pursuant to the order of this court passed on 04.03.2022 the petitioner has appeared personally with an affidavit in compliance with the order of this court affirmed on 11th March, 2022.

The said affidavit is kept on record. Copy of the said affidavit has also been served today upon the learned advocate for the State Mr. Chattopadhyay. The petitioner was asked wherefrom she got the recommendation letter which has been alleged by the Commissioner of School Education as a fake and fabricated one and in reply, the petitioner has submitted that she received it from 5th floor of Bikash Bhavan, Salt Lake where an office of Education Department of this State is situated. The petitioner also submitted that she received the recommendation letter from a security of the said office.

This court put her a question that to which

school she was recommended?

She answered that from the said recommendation letter she found that she had been transferred to Kismet Naikundi Gram Panchayet High School. She submitted that she was told that all related papers would be sent to her by e-mail but she never received any such papers. After receiving the recommendation letter, vote for Assembly Election was declared and embargo was there on giving any appointment and therefore, after election she sent a letter to the President of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, the Commissioner of School Education and the Chairman of the School Service Commission but she did not get any reply.

The petitioner at last has submitted that she has two babies who are not properly looked after as because she is the only family member in her family and her husband is working in Purba Medinipur. That is why she tried for a number of times for transfer, which she did not get. Now she has been transferred to Basudevpur M N High School in Purba Medinipur where she has joined.

In such facts and circumstances the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the writ application and the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
