1. This matter has come at the instance of the department for correction of the order dated 12th September, 2023.

2. Paragraph 2 to paragraph 4 in the order dated 12th September, 2023 was, in fact, reproduction of the paragraph 3 to paragraph 5 of the order dated 22nd August, 2023.

3. In view thereof, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 in the order dated 12th September, 2023 shall be struck off and paragraph 5 should be renumbered as paragraph 2 and other consequential renumbering shall be done in the order dated 12th September, 2023.

4. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 12th September, 2023.

5. Server copy of the said order shall be corrected accordingly.

6. It is made clear that the appeal and the applications were disposed of on 12th September, 2023.
