1. The West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation resumed the land of the petitioner on account of non-payment of user charges.

2. The lease of the petitioner was terminated. The petitioner prays for renewal of the lease.

3. It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and on perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition that, no formal prayer has been made before the West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation seeking renewal of lease in respect of the subject land.

4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make proper application before the respondent authority.

5. In the event such an application is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. A reasoned order shall

be passed at the earliest and communicated to the petitioner.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, is applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
