Mr. Avishek Guha Mr. Ankush Majumdar ..for the petitioner Mr. Jayanta Samanta Mr. Soumen Chatterjee ..for the State It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that the relevant Panchayat has withdrawn the impugned notices dated June 24, 2024, and July 22, 2024, on the ground that a wrong provision of law has been quoted in the said notices.

In view of the withdrawal of the impugned notices, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Needless to mention that if a fresh notice is issued, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 19261 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
