Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

There was a love relationship between the petitioner and the de facto complainant.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statements of the de facto complainant recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. He also draws the attention of the Court to the certificate of marriage between the petitioner and the de facto complainant. He submits that the petitioner was married prior to the second marriage with the de facto complainant. Learned advocate appearing for the de facto complainant submits that suppressing his first marriage, the petitioner married the de facto complainant.

There is a certificate of marriage between the petitioner and the de facto complainant which is subsequent to the first marriage of the petitioner.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statement of the de facto complainant recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4058 of 2022 is dismissed.
