Petitioner did not appear before this Court on and from March 17, 2025 and March 18, 2025. It is submitted on behalf of the learned Advocate for the opposite party, that the petitioner has come up with the instant revisional application for transfer of the proceeding pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24-parganas to South 24parganas. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been residing within the jurisdiction of Barrackpore, Sub-divisional Court, North 24parganas. It is also submitted on behalf of the opposite party that some unwarranted caustic remarks has also been made against the learned Advocate for the opposite party also appeared before learned Trial Court.

Since, the petitioner has not been appearing to pursue the instant proceeding for a considerable period, there appears no justification for keeping the matter pending.

In such circumstances, the instant revisional application being C.O. 2547 of 2022 stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any stands vacated.
