1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C which directly implicates the petitioner for illegal confining the victim and she used to run a brothel in which the victim was ravished, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
