We have considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged dacoity. Dates for recording of prosecution evidence is fixed in January, 2022.

In view of the prima facie materials connecting the petitioner with the alleged crime and as dates for recording evidence has already been fixed as aforesaid, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 8178 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
