The parties have made submissions.

It is indicated that the father has provided accommodation to the writ petitioner daughter. The writ petitioner shall stay at the said place. The present rent and/or fees payable for the place of residence is Rs.4,500/-. It is submitted that the writ petitioner has been able to remove a lot of her articles and documents from the residence of the father except a few. A list thereof shall be provided to the learned counsel for the father with a copy to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station. The police shall ensure that the writ petitioner is able to retrieve the said documents if available at her father's residence.

It is made absolutely clear that the writ petitioner shall be provided for financially by the father for a period of three years from date only.

The writ petitioner shall make appropriate arrangements for herself thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
